One FIFA source told The Sun: The Spanish clubs were allowed to appeal because the statutes about transferring minors were relatively new.Now they are established and confirmed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.It may be the appeal committee thinks the previous cases have established the legitimacy of the statutes thatChelsea have been found guilty of breaking.Former Real manager Zinedine Zidane has been touted as a potential replacement for under-pressure Blues boss Maurizio Sarri.The club are reportedly prepared to give the Frenchman a 200million transfer kitty, and the ban may make it harder to convince Zidane to move to Stamford Bridge.2
