The club’s owners, Fenway Sports Group, subsequently reversed the policy and prices have been frozen ever since.‘Spirit of Shankly’, the Liverpool supporters’ group, have been instrumental in ensuring the club acts in accordance with the fans’ wishes.The club has continued to engage with a wide range of supporters regarding ticket prices and initiatives through its regular fan forums, read a Liverpool statement.
