Nelson Oliveira’s wife has suggested Tyrone Mings deliberately stamped on her husband’s face.Reading striker Oliveira was left with a gruesome facial injury following a challenge from the defender during The Royals’ 0-0 draw with Aston Villa on Saturday.A shocking image of Oliveira’s damaged face was shared on social media, and Mings, who was making his debut for Villa, took to Twitter to apologise.

Any injury is upsetting but something like this is just disgusting.“I hope something will happen, he cant get away with that! Hes got previous!”Mings has previously been involved in a stamping incident, with the FA issuing a five-match ban for a challenge on Zlatan Ibrahimovic in 2017.
